Shippensburg- April showers bring May flowers, but the start of April is a day full of tricks for some pranksters. Historians dispute the origin of the tricky day, but here’s some guesses. April’s Fool’s day became a popular celebration in the 1700’s in England. It may have even begun with the French in 1582. Shippensburg University got in on the fun this year announcing old main renovations. No matter the origin, just embrace it and enjoy. It’s never too early to start planning for next year either.
