Act V Prepares for another production

SHIPPENSBURG–Shippensburg’s Act V Productions is putting on this entertaining and comedic play in November. The play is about a young man, Avery Sutton, who after traveling abroad in Europe for years, finally returns to his home in Connecticut. Upon his arrival home he finds out nothing is the way he left it. The house is on a tilt, his grandmother is very much alive after assumed dead, and the dog has not been fed in five years.
One of the actresses Maggie Haynes says, “there’s a whole twist on the characters.” With all of these new changes being thrown at him Avery must decide whether to accept these changes or leave them behind. Haynes goal is to make people laugh and surprise them. The play starts on Friday, November 11th – 12th at 8 p.m. and runs to Sunday, November 13th at 2 p.m. at the Memorial Auditorium.Tickets are two dollars for students who show their ID and five dollars for the general public.
