SHIPPENSBURG – The exhibition will be open to the public on December tenth at one o’clock starting with a reception in which the selected students with artwork in the exhibition will discuss their work. Art Seniors take a seminar course and produce work over a nine month period of time.  The S.U. Art and Design faculty selected from the Art department’s senior seminar class in which artwork is produced over a period of nine months.

The upcoming senior exhibition and others like it help art students prepare to graduate and present their professional work to potential employers.

According to the Kauffman Gallery Director, Professor Michael Campbell said this exhibition is one of the strongest senior exhibitions the faculty have seen in the recent past. Nine seniors in the art department were chosen to feature work in Kauffman gallery. You can see the art students handiwork of the art & design students in and around the gallery as students in Huber arts center continue to work as the semester winds down.
