SHIPPENSBURG UNIVERSITY – Keith Walls is the graduate assistant for student group services and leadership development. They help organize many events on campus such as the Raider Challenge, an initiative program that help student groups and organizations work on team building, leadership and trust with each other.
The number of people varies depending upon whether the groups want just their executive board to participate or if they want their entire group to participate in the exercises. There is a form on org sync for student groups and organizations to sign up for when and where they would like to do the challenge.
The kind of activities that are done include trust fall exercises, icebreaker games, and minefield – when a person is blindfolded and has to be led through a maze filled with objects only by their partners’ voice.
