SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The No. 1-ranked Shippensburg University field hockey team defeated Seton Hill University 9-2 on Tuesday.
Freshman Jazmin Petrantonio scored a hat trick in her return, while senior Emily Barnard had two goals and two assists. Caitlyn Wink became the fourth player in SU history with four assists in a match.
With the win, the Raiders clinched a playoff berth in the 2017 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Tournament.
The Raiders will be honoring 11 seniors before their final regular season game as they host Kutztown University this Saturday at noon in the Robb Sports Complex.
